Transmission "Do Not Shift" Light and Code 22 (Speed Sensor)
David, I chased a do not shift light for months. mine would go out
when the coach was started and come on when the bus was shut off. Finally found loose wire on back of ignition switch. Low voltage and bad grounds do weird stuff to theses beasts. If you are unable to solve I'll get you the phone number for Industrial Transmission in Waco. They have the best Allison techs I have found and are usually willing to help you on the phone.
