Vintage License Plates
Jon
We put collector plates on our 80 this year, I believe around $160(goes by weight of unit) for the rest of our ownership. It was costing us over $80 for 6 months April though September, the only thing is we cannot drive it in January. Here in Wi. the vehicle has to be 20 years old so we should have done it sooner,it did take us awhile(a few months) to get aprovel and the plates but in the end it seems the right thing to have done. Good Luck Michelle & Jeff August 1980FC35RB Plymouth Wi. --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Jon" > > Up here in Washington State any vehicle that over 30 years old can > display the above plates. The Rebel bird this coming year will be 30 years old and I'm > proceeding with vigor and maybe with a few letters to my > representatives in Olympia that my old coach will become a senior > citizen next year with it new plates. Oh yes part of the reason I'm > going down this road is that when you do get this special designation > you never haft to buy plates again and no more fees every year.
