Vintage License Plates
Good news Jon. I used to live in Seattle & found the same type of
response many times when registering my boats & motorhomes. In Montana,
if it's over 11 years, you pay a one time fee (mine was $260 for 82
PT40) & that's it forever. Same thing with boats, trailers & all cars.
