Just to stir the tire pot....
When you replace good tires, oil and tweak adjustments that are close
to spec, you are performing PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). Changing
these things at failure, you are performing MAJOR REPAIR or, in the
case of testing a tire's true life, RECOVERY.
