$200K? Yikes...not even close from what I've seen - and I have been
watching closely (as I am a wannabee).

Right now, 94's appear go be going in the $100-110K range - with a few
outliers that are asking on the high side (most of those have been for sale
for a long time I might add). Based on my experience at looking, most you
will see for sale are asking in the $110-130K right now.

A quick run through them has most of them going in at $90K low retail and
$110K average retail.
