The .5 difference in tire height won't affect anything if it's placed
on the steer axle. If used on the drive axle, you need to match all
tires to have the same rolling diameter. The different diameter may
also affect your speedometer/odometer readings.

Although others may have strong opinions about Equal, when I had to
replace a steer tire, it was 'spin balanced' with standard weights.
It appears to be satisfactory. If you use equal, be sure to have
filtered Schrader valves installed to avoid later leakage problems.
