81 FC for sale

Hi group,
On the road fulltime and am presently in Mina, Nv.
Across from the rv park I'm staying in is an 81 FC.
Went to visit the owner and this is what he told me.
1981 FC with 112,000 miles on the 3208 engine. Has the 12.5 gen set.
He is asking 15,000 for it.
I just looked at the exterior and it could use a paint job (Nevada
sun). Also needs a new awning. Tires in front almost new, rears
getting close on age and wear.

Nice person, spent 1/2 with him. He had lived the last 35 years in
Alaska, wanted out of the snow and misses eating moose meat..what a
treat!
