Good luck! Carefully block the frame up. Crawl way to the centerline of the bus in front of the drive axle. Look straight up and to either side. You will see two of the air tanks on either side. They are way tucked up in there! Manual purge valves unless someone changed them. NOT a fun place to be if you are claustrophobic. Hope your arms are longer than mine! If your air dryer is working right, you won't get much out of them. I don't remember having to have messed with the front one. As I recall(?) on the 91, the front one is tucked up behind the front axle? Someone else will know for sure. Hope you have a pit!
