Need advice on interior Paneling
Having nothing better to do over the weekend I decided to "give her a
go". I am pleased with what I was able to accomplish. I painted the Formica with a latex primer and then applied the wall paper. It was the prepasted stuff but not trusting that I also applied additional pre-mixed paste. It seems to be sticking well, no particular problems. I also tackled one of my other issues which was a mismatched captains chair. I figured that I would have to have it recovered but I thought since it was a "cheap fix" I decided to try the duplicolor paint for vinyl and fabric. I was really impressed with that material. Drying very quickly and seems to be very flexible and should do the job. Time will tell of course, I think it may very well save me from a rather expensive recover on a seat that is rarely used.
