Wide body exhuast removal

Ron the only guy that I know who has replaced this muffler is Randy. If I
have to do mine we're going to put in a straight pipe with no muffler
first to see how loud it is. With a turbo there is a chance that it won't be
too loud. I did this with a 94 Chev Turbo Diesel PU and it was throaty but
not obnoxious. We'll see I guess.
