On the 94pt the foot is held on by two springs. I installed one spring
then used bailing wire to hold the other side up because it was too
hard to extend the spring and rehook it. I then set the jack down on
a block of wood situated in a way that it would stretch the installed
spring and relax the bailing wire.(block was under only one side of
the foot) I was sure the block would not kick out because I jammed it
up against the tire tread. You can then remove the bailing wire and
hook the spring.

If you lost a foot maybe the spring is defective or lost its pull.
look at the length of the loop /hook on the spring. A blowntire
kicked off my foot. I hiked back to find it
