Starting a 3208 in cold weather...
I suspect that what you are calling a pump was
actually the engine block heater. It's about the size of a soda can, mine is silver and located behindthe bumper on the passenger side. You should probably replace it if it was the block heater. 3208's start pretty well in the cold but therre are no glow plugs so a block heater is very nice. You might need a shot of ether if it gets real cold and no block heater.
