I know on my old Wanderlodge that it really makes a difference in the amount of exhaust smoke when I light oft the heater about two hours before I run the engine. Also with my old 3208 it will keep on smoking till it get up to running temperatures and then it just seems to go away. I really like these old 3208's as they seem to be almost bullet proft and can run forever if the PM's are kept ed up.
