Power Steering Problems

Hi
I thought this was the norm? thought we weren't supposed to crank the
steering much while stationery...or so I was previously told.
mine squeaks and moans when turning sharp at very low speed...
otherwise works fine, though have had to have the bolts on the
steering box tightened more than once.
