Hi Rose Mary:

There are 2 or 3 major items that will cause this problem.
1. LP Thermostat (in back of refrig) weak, bad connection or failed
2. Thermistor Located on the fins inside the refrig with a clip. (and this
is a high hitter)
A. Be sure the thermistor is still on the fins and not hanging free. It
should be located on the 5th fin from your right.
3. Circuit board ( though not as high a hitter as one might think) but more
likely to be a bad or corroded connection.

All of these parts can be tested to verify which is defective and be replaced.
