outside stair tread
I use a wrap-around plastic-type fabric that I got from Camping World. The thing wraps around the step and has some grommets and springs (underneath) that hold the fabric in place and tightly. Gives a slight door-mat effect when climbing up the steps.Â
The 'bird uses the larger of two sizes that are available from CW. As I recall, I paid less than $20 (on sale) to replace the cover that someone had previously installed on my coach. If the tread is seriously degraded due to ware or weather damage, then you'll have to get a new material from BB. My step is a rubber-like material that's similar to what's used in commercial busses (as are the first several inside steps).
