Dan,

IF you choose to deal with Mr. Oliver's, make sure you cross all your
"T's" and dot all your "i's". Make sure everything that is supposed
to be included with the deal, and on the coach, is there before you leave.

If you buy from Mr. Olivers, I suggest you arrange your own financing
prior to purchase. If you choose to allow the dealer to finance, make
sure everything you want included in the contract is accounted for.

As to one's "verbal" side of a story--it's a simple matter to minimize
an issue, especially when there is a major distraction involved, like
the impending purchase of a motorhome.

However, I have complete WRITTEN documentation of the issue, with
times, dates, and complete details.
