Claim with Progressive

Last year I did not do what anyone knows, should be done, to your big
awning before you go to bed. It filled with water and around 2 AM
Saturday morning, the awning collapsed. Was able to store awning so
that we could drive home. Called Progressive on Tuesday, they came to
the house on Wednesday, agreed to replace the 19' awning and I had a
check in hand on Friday. Absolutely first class, no muss or fuss.
