I respectively suggest that you cannot "buy" a certified real estate appraisal in this market for any where close to what you think your home is worth. In the case of my motor home, I took it to a dealer whom I do not know for an appraisal. I stated I needed an appraisal which would stand the test of a court of law if need be. I did not give the appraiser a number. I simply stated the number should be what you feel comfortable with, and what it is, is what it is. The premium for the my policy did not change, and I do not plan on introducing heat.
Folks are free to market their asset for what ever price they chose, sell it for $75,000 if the want, just leave mine out of that mix.
