Used RV Dealers new tacticks
Chris, There is no question the ad is misrepresenting the condition
of the coach. You might complain to eBay and see if that gets you some place. You must admit however that you didn't do your home work on this. We all start someplace and most often learn the hard way. Most of us would have similar stories to tell. Perhaps not on a vehicle but few of us mortals don't get taken a time or two. I would suggest you do what you can within reason to get your deposit back and then just write it off as the cost of education. By the way the tactics are not new. "Horse trading" has been in practice for hundreds of years. Don't let it get you down. You can still come out the winner in the end on this. I don't know how much money you are out but I bet the vast majority of us have wasted or lost similar funds on faulty repairs of similar. At least its not sitting in your drive with you having to look at it everyday as a reminder. When you get over this you may look back and consider yourself lucky that it wasn't in just a little better shape and you would have closed the deal only to be in MUCH worse off then you are now.
