I can't help you with the inspection, but IMO I would not drive or take a limo to Osceola (near South Bend), that is at least a 2 hour drivelonger if you hit theChicago traffic wrong. Fly through Chicago to South Bend, probably won't cost you much more that just to Chicago. I am confident you will find a number of connections to South Bend, home of Norte Dame University.

cooperating at this point and I am not going to send $500 deposit
till I have more information and allowed the inspection!
