Hi Drew:

The exhaust port on the inversion valve is sticking or the double check
valve is sticking, either one will give you much the same symptoms. Both of
those valve are located on the curb side rear under the grill hatch. Need a
can of 3 in 1 oil or fish oil, remove the input air line and put a few
drops of air in the line, re connect, build the air and cycle the system.
Do this to both valves.

It should take care of the problem.
