Nope, we do not have any supplemental braking systems or any other modifications. Yes, if I apply the brakes in Allison "N" I still get the same response of revving to 1000 rpm's. I'm going to take Ralph's suggestion and diagram this weekend to try and solve the problem. Once I've gotten to it, I'll give the group an update on resolution.
