Looking at the board, it has been wet for some time and with this board it now sort of falling apart.
I think I will have to try to get it out of there and replace it best I can.
The longer bolts will certainly help hold it up on the ends so I can work in the middle etc.

I believe Joe Losh did a repair on his. I think he used liquid nails around the affected area and then pushed it up with a 2x4.
