This info is off '89/90 prints, that is as close as I can get to your Coach. All of this should be located in the front
load center and perhaps on the '88 there is another small valve for the suspension dump and tag dump as well.

Sorry I can't get you any closer to your problem than that. Intermittent problems such as this is usually a bad connection rather than a bad component. There are 2 different harness plugs the wires go through as well as the connectors on the relay the switch the dump switch or even the solenoids
