Mike, thanks for the response. Since my post I have received pictures of what they are doing. Looks first class. I was concerned about moving the generator. I have agreed to go ahead.

I was at Ft. Valley just prior to Maxton. They were in the middle of one genset move to the left rear bay, in front of the drive axle.
Alan Barbee said that the genset would only be moved if the unit was overweight after all other remedies were tried first.
The old genset compartment would be available to open storage of items up to a max of 150#. This would not be an enclosed space.
