You're right Bruce. A seller should make a timely depreciation price

adjustment, if not in print then in their own head, and balance the need

to sell with the patience required to locate a compatible buyer.

bottom line is off now and getting very close to the $190 offer. What

will happen if your guess as to the markets is wrong and it is a year

before we see any recovery? Now your units has depreciated another

10%. Neither you nor I know the future but the bottom is still to

come . The R word is now for real. It will be interesting to revisit

this subject 12 months from now!
