Buyer's market

Condos' in Florida are like BlueBirds.
Expensive and sometimes hard to sell.
With both there is an inventory glut.
They sell at the price that the seller and buyer are happy.
Presently inventory is high , because the "Sky is Falling"
With issues like fuel, insurance, taxes, bla,bla etc.
Those on the edge of deciding what the future will bring,
are trying to sell and get out from under this burden.
The same number are selling as in the past,
but inventories are still growing.
