87-89 FC PS Pulley

While doing routine PM on our 89 FC I noticed the power steering belts
need an adjustment after running only 5K miles since replacement. It
seems that the belt in the outside groove (most forward) is much looser
than the other belt on the power steering pump. When I replaced all 9
engine belts Mar 2007 I found that that same 'forwardmost' belt was the
looser of the two.

The 2 groove pulley appears to need replacement. Any ideas on where to
start as to locating the replacement? The pulley is 6.5" diameter and
is stamped "For BB Pump Only" 81966.

If anyone has a spare 2 groove replacement I'd like to buy it!
