Rv Condo Lots??? SOLD
Now is the time to buy for the long term in FL. I hope it works out for you.
Henderson is the only one left of any consequence really, perhaps Tops'l. The State RV park in Grayton is nice and the State Park across the bay in Niceville, is also nice but small.
I think I'm fix'in to be a blue hair pretty soon, except it is grey. lol

Yea! The Redneck Riviera. I'm with you, FLA ain't what it used to be.
I ran from S. FLA to the 10AC hills
back in '86. When I wanted to be
a Marine biologist back in the 70's I saw the writting on the walls.
When I was a kid Naples only had a wooden bridge and the only thing
on the island was a bait shack. Now the the only thing on that island
are blue hairs. The park I just bought a lot in was old Florida but
you know as well as I do that will change. The deciding factor for me
is I have family in the area. I guess all but one public park is left
on Destin now, well except Henderson St. Park we've spent the last
two X-Mass there. Now that's OLD Florida.

Niceville from 2001 to 2007, then moved to the GA
woods. I certainly no longer consider Destin location, location,
location and will assure you I am not the only one as it is totally
screwed up. Even world famous AJ's is a tourist trap now, the very
place I used to store my 31 foot hauling butt Warlock Offshore and
run it through East Pass wide open. Can't do that now.
