You might call Glenn Rodgers at BB and see if he has a 94 diagram.
No power to the retract mercury switch.? One other idea. There is a pressure switch up under the top step on the frame of the bus (at least on mine)that its sole purpose is to extend the step if a foot gets caught on retraction. It is a flat clear looking thing extending the full length of the step. As I recall, if that thing fails the step will not retract.
