I may have found out the problem. It very well may be operator error. Will know for sure when I get home from work.

Try the switch a couple times.

Assuming the switch is 12V...If trying the switch a couple times doesn't work, remove the switch and test for 12V. If no 12V, check for a burned out fuse. Keep us posted.
