Here's a unique bird!
My WB-40 manual says it is 39'8". If you look at the coach closely what is screwing you up is the windows. It has three windows instead of one behind the pilot and co pilot. Those windows have sliders on the bottom. There is one 90 out there with the same window configuration I have seen.
Looking closely at it, the configuration of the interior excluding the side isle looks a lot like a Royale Conversion. I do not believe Royale did a BB in 92 but who knows. Things like front cabinets, dash panels, placement of the controls for the jacks and inverter, rope lighting, front valance, indirect lighting, mini spots etc. Mine has all of that from the factory. This could have been a special order and a high dollar coach.
