What is this bump behind the doghouse?

That is where the turbo is. My old '82 FC was re-powered with a 225hp
turbo before leaving the factory. Since the non-turbo dog houses did
not leave space for the turbo, a hump was added. Mine looked a bit
more professional than the one in your photo and was smaller.
