What is this bump behind the doghouse?

That's and interesting little bit of information. I would never have
figured that one out. Is that the only place to put a turbo in a non
turbo FC? I know that it is not uncommom to have turbo engines in
early machines. Not that I've seen any up close like but in pictures
I've never seen that little box on the floor like that. Would some of
the buses that had turbo engines placed in them have had the dog house
replaced so that it extended back over that area? Another way to ask
that. Is the dog house in a newer FC longer then the older non turbo FC
from the factory.
