Price for a perfect 1989 PT40

Hello Folks -

I am a longtime reader of the forum and student of these wonderful machines. I
have
come close to making the jump into ownership but have so far restrained myself.

Today I looked at what can only be described as a dream Bird. She is a 1989
PT40 WB with
60k miles, one owner, always garaged. Most importantly, she has gone back to
the factory
EVERY YEAR for updates - which include new DDEC system, flat screen tvs.
Service is all
documented and complete - new tires, batteries all replaced on a schedule
regardless of
use. The coach is run evry month for several hours. This is the fourth Bird
these folks
have owned. It literally looks new. Some years the only trip it made was from
here in
North Carolina to the factory and back.

The owners are retiring from coach ownership and have some interest in selling
but don't
really mind keeping her either. The garage is at their house so storage isn't
an expense.

Does anyone know of a comparable coach that has sold recently? If I make an
offer I'd like
to be able to support it with comps.
