Thinking of upgrading original Trace Inverter/Charger in 2000 LXI

AGM batteries don't ever require equalization since they are not wet cell. They do benefit from the multi stage charger technology contained in the inverters starting before your 2000 LXI was made. If you are set on replacing your current inverter, take a look at the product made by Magnum Energy.
