I would start by opening the control box and dis connect the three remote
start stop switches at the terminal strip to isolate which switch or at least part of the system. Then do a diode check of D3 between the common and ground of the control box. Double check the plus and minus polarity of the brushes and slip rings. I know that is all new butttttttttttt. Will get out my book tomorrow and have a deeper look. Does it turn over at all? or just dead? And when repaired, did some one tie the Neutral and ground together?
