I wonder where the transfer switch parks while at rest?? does it connect the genset path or shore path to the bus panel ?? either way, once the genset is running, I guess he could test for continuity between ground and neutral to prove bonding. neutral should be the long slot and ground the round hole.



I hate working on gensetheads and inverters because their product only differs in watts from household AC. My "Poke at it till it works or smokes" method of repair is misplaced with the practice of electric.
