Thanks to everyone for your supportive comments and kind words. I can’t tell you how much that means to me. We are pouring our hearts, souls and cash into surviving this economic downturn and giving all of your a truly remarkable product. To clear up a couple questions raised in responses to my response yesterday: No Cerberus is not participating whatsoever in the warranty expense, we are taking care of all of you who are currently still in warranty at our sole expense. The only thing we were able to push back on them was the axle issue as that was a manufacturing defect and not a “warranty” in the traditional sense. Again, thank you so much for the kind words, well wishes for my health and the condolences to our work family as well as the Carson family on the loss of Dean Carson. They mean more to us than you can ever know.
