Steering wheel Removal

I see Ernie beat me to it while I was composing, but I already had the
post typed so......

Well Wallace, I don't know where the other mods are, but I just
returned from the office - you know, last working day until Monday.
Hence, it is 9pm while I have just finished dinner and am checking in.
I personally do not have time to baby sit non-performers at work or
disruptive dialogs in the avocation. The general congeniality of this
forum and the information gleaned from it is why I eke out time for it
and update Bird of the Week each Friday.

As everyone is aware this is not an actively moderated site where we
review every post (except for new members or fist time posters to
catch spammers). We expect that there will be adherence to the rules
on the front page. Healthy discourse is one thing, but failing that
there can be changes, although I personally have little time for
reviewing and releasing posts.
