Interesting note from my insurance company
Most insuarnce policy tow services have a distance or dollar limit. Can
you imagine the cost of towing a BB 200 miles?? Good Sam or FMCA will
tow you to the nearest accredited facility for your repairs. If your
Detroit needs repairs that would mean a Detroit Certified facility.
That could entail a long tow. Both FMCA and Good Sam are aware of the
type of service vehicle required and normally you will get a KW type
truck with a wheel lift . Try and find that on your own. If you need a
tire serviced they will send a truck tire service truck. For $100 you
cannot go wrong. Both FMCA and Good Sam will reimburse you up to $1000
for Mexico service.
