Interesting note from my insurance company
GEEEZ, can someone help pull the arrows out of my back?
I'm just reporting the facts as writen in my policy endorsement. First it is a specific rider for RVs so I have to assume they understand not to send a F-150 tow truck. Second its not a "re-embursement" plan where I have to call the service myself, they make the call and dispatch appropriate service resources. Third they do specify they will tow it to the nearest qualified repair facility if necessary. Now that said, they may not know what they got themselves into but I have NEVER hung up the phone to Hartford Customer Service without being 100% satisfied, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Let me enjoy my freebee. You might want to ask me how I feel the next time your insurance is up for renewal.
