Winter Fuel CockTail?
Hello all,
Sadly, I'm about to park and cover the coach for the next several months. I want to make sure the fuel winters well. The tank is full (265 gallons). I have had no issues with fuel so far. The coach has been running great. The fuel in the tank is fresh and untreated. My local heavy truck counter recommended the following cocktail * PS (Power Service) Diesel Fuel supplement (80 oz bottle) http://www.powerservice.com/dfs/ * Winter Warrior Ice O- Dry (isopropyl alcohol) 12 OZ * Power Service Bio Kleen (5 oz.) Is this a good recommendation? Is there a better cocktail? Does it really matter? Is it necessary to drive the coach around to mix this stuff up after putting it in? Today may be my last opportunity to drive her before the DOT starts spreading s--t all over the roads. Also, the fuel filters have been in place for about 3,000 miles and one year. There are not issues. Should I leave these alone for now or change them? Your input is always appreciated. Thanks - Bill NH 1983 FC 35 "Casa Billisa" |
