It is hardly that simple. Either it is true that motorhomes are going to fall
under tough federal requirements, or it isn't.

If it is true, then staying out of California will buy you at most a couple of
years, since that's about how far they are ahead of federal regulations.

If it is not true, then there is no reason to stay out of California.
