CARB presentation notes from the 2008 public hearings state that
PRIVATE USE MOTORHOMES ARE TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE NEW REGULATIONS.
The wording is straightforward and unambiguous. I posted links to
several of the CARB documents here recently. See msg 39477.

If anyone has a link or other concrete information that refutes these
CARB presentations please post it.
