Ernie I have a strong suspicion that when he opens the drain valve nothing
will come out. Of course its not a good idea to look up into where the hole
is to investigate for you might get a face full of diesel. But if
the bottom of the tank is loaded with crud as many of these old coaches
are, then you are going to have to drive something up thru it to get the
fuel to start. Its not all going to come running out since the tank is
really not that deep but it is long and wide.
