Merry Christmas. It's 40 in DFW and we could've eaten Christmas Eve dinner outside last night it was so beautiful here. If you haven't tried Scampi's lately, they were very good the last time we were on SPI.

The Bulriss and McMahan Birds arrived at South Padre last Saturday. The Birds are running great. We are the only two Birds so far. The
weather on Christmas eve was 78. We do not miss the snow and cold at
all on Christmas.
