Suspension not filling up...??? Tag pressure not going up???

I had many problems with this. When you flip the tag axle switch do you hear a rush of air?? On my wbwl when you remove the front panell covering the electric in the center od the coach there are three valves (forgot the name) they some times got stuck so the tag would not fill. flip the switch ah tap on there valves. I ended up replacing them and solved the problem
