Suspension not filling up...??? Tag pressure not going up???
Just in case you hadn't thought about it, but when was the last time the air-dryer was serviced. The recommended service interval is 2 years* (perhaps a longer interval is OK for an RV) as thedesiccantdoes lose effectiveness over time.
And, as suggested, only a small bit of water can cause problems throughout the system.

IF your location is in a temperature below 32* freeze area,

there are numerous check valves , pressure reducing, etc valves, with
diaphragms that do not like freezing temps.

Thank You everybody for your suggestions......
A combination of filling the suspension a few times after a short
around the block drive did the trick!!!!!!
However is this a sign of something on its way to a failure???
or... is it simply a sign of older parts that every once in awhile
need a little kick start to get going???
the bird did 'rest' for 6 months since it's last venture....
but she is up and ready to go now...
again thank you all for your suggestions...

Keep in mind that the Front/Rear are brakes, not air bags. Those
should peak around 120psi.
In mine, the sequence is that the brakes air first, to about 75-
90lbs, then the air bags, then the auxiliary items, then the brakes
fill the rest of the way. If yours is the same, it sounds like
something is leaking badly during the air bag fill.
